Specialized Training English Program (STEP)

Prepare for real-world workplace communication through our Internship Program, designed to equip students with practical English skills used in offices, hotels, restaurants, banks, and other professional environments. In partnership with various Cebu-based companies — including hotels, funeral services, restaurants, banquet operations, and banks — students gain valuable hands-on experience in real work settings. The program runs for 1 to 3 months, combining intensive English training with internship opportunities in the student's chosen field. Mornings are dedicated to focused English lessons, while afternoons are spent gaining practical experience through internships with partner companies. This balanced approach ensures that students not only improve their English proficiency but also build confidence and workplace readiness in an international environment. Accommodation: Casa Mira Mandaue. Inclusive of lessons fee, condo accommodation, and meals (Filipino plated breakfast, Japanese lunch — no lunch on Saturdays and Sundays).
